■キャンセルについて

ご予約のキャンセルや変更は、営業時間内に、HPの「問い合わせ」ページ、もしくはサロンへメール(snsでのDM,または公式ラインも可能）でご連絡ください。

■キャンセル料について

2日前までのキャンセル：キャンセル料無料

前日のキャンセル：予約代金の100%をいただきます。

当日キャンセル：予約代金の100%をいただきます。

無断でのキャンセル：予約代金の100%をいただきます。

■予約時間の遅刻について

ご予約時間に遅れる場合は、お早めに店舗へご連絡をお願いいたします。 15分以上遅れた場合、無断キャンセルと判断させていただくことがあります。

   なお、無断遅刻が繰り返された場合、次回のご予約をお断りすることがあります。ご迷惑をおかけしますが、何卒ご了承ください。

■オンライン予約後の施術時間の変更（短縮する場合）は二日前まで可能です。前日、当日の変更はできません。

■About cancellation fee

-Cancellation up to 2 days in advance: no charge

-Cancellation up to the day before: 100% of the reservation fee.

-Cancellation on the day: 100% of the reservation fee. 
-Cancellation without notice: 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.

■Late arrivals for appointments

If you are late for your appointment, please contact the store as son as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may consider you as an unauthorized cancellation. If you are repeatedly late without notice, we may refuse your next reservation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

​

■You can change the treatment time (if you want to shorten it) after booking online up to two days in advance. Changes cannot be made the day before or the day of the appointment.
